Norman Gray

Carlton highsmith endowed chair

Norman Gray is a senior biomedical scientist with 30 years of experience of executive management across a wide range of healthcare disciplines. He was appointed to the Carlton Highsmith Chair in 2015 with aim of providing the center with strong and vibrant leadership. Grey earned his doctorate in mechanical engineering from MIT as well as a bachelors degree from Penn State University.

Talia Fiorentino

Executive assistant

Talia is a 4+1 BS/MBA student in the QU Business School. She joined the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the fall of 2017. Her responsibilities of managing the day-to-day operations within the Center include, organizing and promoting all executive speaker series events, consulting students and interns within the center on their startup ideas and projects, and discovering and engaging innovative, professional mentors with the student body.

She will be graduating this upcoming May (2018).


Jonas Kuwert

Graduate Assistant

Jonas is an international student from Germany and joined our team in the Spring of 2018. He is an MBA student in the QU School of Business and his undergraduate career consisted of a concentration in Marketing as well as being a part of the Quinnipiac Men's Tennis team. His day-to-day at the Center includes assisting in organizing and promoting our event series, leading and mentoring the interns on their projects, and engaging the students with innovative entrepreneurs.

He will be graduating in May of 2019.
